MEDICAL COUNCIL OF INDIA FOR ALTERNATIVE MEDICINES 

Literacy and scientific Institution Act of 1854:

This Act is applicable to the advancement and promotion of Alternative and complimentary medical science. 

System of medicines are in strict conformity with constitution of India as per article 19(1) and the ass of the land. 

registration of medical council of India is not required to practice the alternative system of medicines as per their letter no.MCI-34(1)/96- med/10984.
